Return Policy:
We will issue a refund for
non-custom order items once the item is returned in the same condition it
was mailed out in. Shipping is not refundable and a 15% restocking fee
will be issued. If any damage has been caused by regular wear of an item an
additional
$20.00 fee will be assessed.
No returns
will be accepted after 60 days past the shipping date.
Custom Order Items ,
Platinum Jewelry, and Custom Engraved items are NOT RETURNABLE
OR REFUNDABLE.
International Orders: Packages
refused at the time of delivery will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued by the same
means the item was paid for originally.
Orders may be canceled before
5pm MST on the day of the order, if ordered before 5pm, or
5pm MST the following day if ordered after 5pm.
Orders canceled after that time will be issued an 8% cancellation fee.
Items should be returned in a padded
package and should be insured. We will not refund returned items lost in
the mail. Proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.
A copy of the sales receipt is acceptable proof.
If you
should order an incorrect ring size, we do offer resizing. $20.00
US for sterling silver $50.00 US for gold.
